"We visited here earlier this year for the first time, looking for a quick drink on our way from Pittsburgh heading to our Lake cottage. We sat at the bar and were greeted by a very friendly and competent bartender. We had a couple drinks, asked for the tab and gasped. Prices during happy hour were so great, we stayed to get some food...which turned out to be great! We spread the word to our cottage family and friends and Chippers has become our regular Friday stop. Great food, super nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere. This is a smoking bar but we are not smokers, and have had no issues with smoke.. It seems to be well ventilated. Great find in Meadville."
